This study investigated school climate and teachers’ attitude toward students’ discipline in post-basic schools in Katsina State, Nigeria. Two research questions and two hypotheses were designed to guide the study. An ex-post-facto design was adopted for the study. The population of the study comprised all teachers of post-basic schools in Katsina State. A cluster sampling technique was used in selecting three hundred and eighty-five teachers as samples for the study. The instruments used were the Teachers’ Attitude towards Students’ Inappropriate Behaviour Scale, and School Climate Questionnaire. The hypotheses were tested using multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study revealed that 74% of the variance in teachers’ attitude towards students’ discipline could be accounted for by the linear combination of the measures of school climate. It is concluded that measures of school climate predict attitude of teachers towards students’ discipline in Katsina State. It was recommended that school connectedness as well as order and discipline should be given much priority in post-basic schools in order to elicit positive attitude among teachers.
