The leadership instructional quality (LIQ) among university lecturers in the University of Ibadan has become an issue of concern to strategic educational stakeholders. Several studies have been conducted on lecturer’s leadership instructional quality but most of these studies focused on organizational culture, working conditions, and institutional infrastructural facilities with little focus on Post COVID-19 Assessment of institutional support services (ISS)on leadership instructional quality (LIQ) of lecturers in the University of Ibadan. The study investigated the relationship between ISS and LIQ among University of Ibadan Lecturers in this era of COVID-19. The survey design of correlational type was adopted. The purposive sampling technique was employed to sampled 4 faculties out of 16 faculties in the university representing 25% of the population. Simple random sampling technique was employed to sample 27 departments representing 40% of all the 67 departments in the university. Five lecturers each were sampled in the selected departments using proportionate to size technique, from the 135 lecturers. The instrument tilted “Institutional Support Services and Leadership Instructional Quality Questionnaire (ISSLIQQ)” was used in this study. The instrument was constructed through the review of relevant literature, experts in instrument construction and with the aid of the statistical analysts, while the reliability co-efficient using cronbach-alpha method was medical services (MS) (0.801), Welfare Services (WS) (0.751), Motivational Strategies (MSs) (0.769), Provision of Information and Communication Technology (PICT) (0.853) and LIQ (0.758). Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) and Multiple Regression were employed to test the hypotheses formulated. The set null hypotheses for among MS (r = .237), WS (r =.371), MSs (r =.355) and PICT (r = .359). The findings revealed that MS, WS and PICT are factors that influenced lecturer’s LIQ in the University of Ibadan. Also, the study showed that MS, WS and PICT made significant relative contribution to LIQ in the institution. However, MSS do not relatively significant contributed to LIQ. MSs, WS, MS and PICT had significantly joint contribution to LIQ in the institution F(4,131) =10.404, p< 0.05.). The study recommended that effort should be made by university management to improve upon the LIQ among lecturers through the provision of necessary supports in the area of MSs, WS, MS, PICT facilities, funding so as to achieve effective teaching.
