Suicide is currently one of the four leading causes of death among youth aged 10 and 54. Many factors have been identified for being responsible for this behaviour. Therefore, this research examined the suicide risk factors and suicidality among in-school adolescents in Kaduna North area of Kaduna City. Ex post facto design was employed using the simple random sampling technique. 267 male (N= 156, 58.4%) and female (N= 111, 41.6%) adolescents were randomly selected from three secondary schools in Kaduna North. Their ages ranged between 13 and 19 years, with a mean age; of 15.51 and SD 2.03. Two instruments were used for data collection: The suicide Behaviour Questionnaire and the Self Injurious Thoughts and Behaviour Interview. Three hypotheses were formulated and tested. Results showed a significant positive relationship between suicide risk factors and suicidality. Further results showed no difference between males and females in suicidality, suicide risk factors, and age categorization. The study concluded that ' suicide risk factors and behaviour should be adequately monitored as these can increasingly affect their mental health.
