Abstract

The study focused on the theoretical underpinnings of the influence of marital conflicts on adolescents' study habits In Nigeria. The study uses theories such as the Social Learning Theory of Albert Bandura and the Individual Psychology Theory of Alfred Adler in resolving marital conflicts and adolescent study habits in Nigeria. The paper also focuses on how marital conflicts among married couples affect adolescents' study in school. The rate of marital conflicts in Nigeria is high. Adolescents lose concentration in school as a result of disturbed homes. The paper also concluded that conflicts, concentration, and their academic performances in schools.
